This quarterly newsletter reflects on summer outreach, stewardship events, and partnerships. Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator Sam Cody writes an article about his natural resources education growing up and expresses his hopes of passing down that education to children at NICHES’ Summer Adventure Camp. Summer Stewards Jada Laycock and Reagan Muinzer reflect on their work for NICHES over the summer. NICHES also reports an amazing workday and engagement event with the Mandela Washington Fellowship, and Bob Easter reflects on the season’s invasive species removal efforts. Finally, NICHES advertises the Water/Ways exhibit produced in partnership with Otterbein Public Library to showcase the importance of water sustainability and conservation.

Complicated questions don’t always have complicated answers.
By joining NICHES you make it possible to protect your natural surroundings.
